True launched its new B2B eCommerce Store in January 2025. Over the past year, the platform has continued to evolve based on customer feedback, with ongoing enhancements designed to streamline ordering and improve the overall experience.
At launch, the eStore introduced several key benefits that remain core to the platform today:
- A secure, modern technology platform
- Enhanced parts search and navigation
- 360° product images for improved visualization
- Integration with True Online Parts Search (TOPS)
- Mobile-friendly design for on-the-go access
In addition to these foundational capabilities, we have introduced several new features driven directly by customer input. Below are a few highlights.
Rapid Parts Entry
Rapid Parts Entry is available at the top of the main parts screen and is designed for customers who know exactly what they need and want to place orders quickly. Simply enter the part number and quantity to add items directly to your cart. This feature was reintroduced from the legacy system based on customer feedback and continues to be a popular time-saving tool.

New List View Option
One of the most common requests we received was the ability to view more parts on a single screen. In response, we added a List View option to complement the existing Grid View.

Customers can now toggle between Grid View and List View based on their preference, allowing greater flexibility and visibility when browsing parts. The choice is entirely yours.

TOPS to Cart Functionality
We are also excited to offer TOPS to Cart functionality. Using True Online Parts Search (TOPS), customers can identify the correct parts for eligible units (2017 to current) by entering a serial number.
Once a unit is selected, you can drill down into specific assemblies—such as a condensing unit—select individual components and add them directly to your cart. Any part marked with a green cart icon is available for direct ordering, simplifying the transition from identification to purchase.

Ongoing Enhancements
In addition to these features, numerous enhancements and bug fixes have been completed based on customer feedback. We appreciate your continued input, which helps us improve the platform.
