True Parts Store Return Policy
New & Unused Parts. Most new and unused items with original packaging may be returned within 90 days of purchase with a factory return authorization. Credit for approved returned items will be issued back to the original invoice once the return has been received and inspected, less True’s standard 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipment costs. Original and returned shipment fees are not refundable.
Returns approved due to factory shipment error are not subject to restocking fees and will receive a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
Items must have a minimum list price of $15 each to be eligible for return unless total value of the entire return equals $50 or more.
Freight Damage & Missing Items. Please inspect items carefully when delivered for damaged or missing items and contact True within 1 business day of delivery. Damage caused during shipment should be refused, if item is accepted and damage is found after accepting delivery, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping company. True is not responsible for damages caused during shipment.
Non-Returnable Parts. Items that have been modified, damaged, used, customized, or obsolete cannot be returned for credit for any reason. Additionally, electrical parts are not eligible for return. These include:
