Shipping policy
Small parcel in stock orders ship same day if placed by 2pm Central time. Large stocking orders ship within 5-7 days and sooner when possible. Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Shipping Rates and Policies
Orders are normally shipped by UPS, however, depending on order size and weight, this may vary. All orders placed on this website will ship from our headquarters in O'Fallon, Missouri, USA. For international ordering, please contact your customer service representative.

True Manufacturing will ship all orders complete to our customers as soon as all items become available for shipment. We will not partially ship an order unless our customers give us the approval to do so. Please note that if we receive approval to partial ship an order additional shipping charges will apply.
All Freight Charges are Estimated, additional charges may be incurred based on dimensional weight.
UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Freight Options and UPS 3 Day Select
The Parts eStore will now calculate freight charges for UPS Next Day 2nd Day and UPS 3 Day Select. Be sure to select the correct option for your shipping needs on the shipping checkout screen.
Bill My Account
If you would like to use your own UPS or Fed Ex account number, select the Bill My Account options and enter your 3rd Party Shipping Number. Please note, you must have called our Customer Service and had your 3rd Party Shipping Number added to your account.
