Ordering

Assistance for new customers

Welcome to the True Manufacturing eStore! To enter an order you simply need to search for the part numbers you need for a given model and then add them to your shopping cart. When you enter your search criteria and click the Search button and a Search Results page will appear with all of the parts that match your criteria. Click on a part number and you will receive a detailed description and price of the item. If you wish to purchase this item click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button and this will bring you to the Shopping Cart where you can review your cart. When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page.

Upon proceeding to Checkout you will see a form for shipping information. Please review this form to make sure that all of the shipping information is correct. You can override any of the fields on the form as necessary. After you have verified this information click the Payment button. At this point you can select your payment options. You will be asked for your credit card information if you do not have an open terms account set up with True. If you do have an open terms account and wish to use it, make sure the Terms Payment option is selected. Enter your PO number at checkout if your company requires one. After you have selected your payment options press the confirm button at the top of the page.

When all of the information on this page is complete and you are ready to finalize your purchase click the Pay Now button for your order to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you immediately. Keep this email in case you need to contact customer service with any questions regarding your order. Do not reply to the email confirmations that you receive. They are automatically generated and any replies are non-deliverable to anyone at True.

Using the shopping cart

From any where in the eStore you can mouse click on the Cart button at the top of the page to view your shopping cart contents. You can delete single line items from your order by clicking the trash button located at the side of each line item. 

To update the order quantity for a particular item simply change the quantity in the quantity field. The total price will be updated to reflect whatever quantity changes you have made. 

From within the Shopping Cart, you can proceed to checking out by mouse clicking on the Check Out button.

Cancelling an order

You will need to contact Parts Customer Service at 800-424-8783 to confirm your order can be canceled.  Orders process quickly and once they are
released for shipping; they cannot be canceled. 

International customers

This site does not currently handle international order processing.  Please contact the appropriate Customer Service team to place an international order.
